Why choose a combination antioxidant?

Different feedstuffs and fats require different antioxidant protection. Therefore, you should always choose a mixed antioxidant like Haltox which has a few different ingredients to provide the broadest possible spectrum of activity.

Oxidation is the single most important chemical factor that determines “off-flavour” and overall freshness of feeds. Haltox controls the oxidation of fats, oils and other unstable substrates occuring in feeds and feed ingredients. By controlling oxidation:

Directions for use

Feed - Mix 125 g per ton of feed.

Meat/Fish Meal - Mix 250 g per ton of raw material.

Feather Meal - Mix 250 g per ton of raw material.

Note: Usage rate depends on level and type of fats and oils added to the particular feed


Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct heat and sunlight. Store away from toxic chemicals.
